Organizations need effective leadership; without it, they can fail to reach their full potential. Leaders don’t always come from top positions like the executive suites. It is known that the best CEOs often rise through the ranks. The CTA Leadership Academy was designed to provide the next generation of leaders with the skills to become the most effective leaders possible and to prepare them to serve their companies, communities, the industry, and their associations more effectively.
This two-day program offers the latest practical techniques and tools to help participants unlock their leadership potential. Participants will have the opportunity to learn, grow, and further develop their personal and professional characteristics. These new skills will give them more confidence and self-assurance to be even stronger leaders in their organization and all aspects of life.
This program will focus on professional and personal development. The program is open to CTA members only, and it is limited to 25 participants to ensure that everyone has a meaningful and substantial experience. The class member composition will be primarily CTA carrier members, with some allied member participation as availability permits.
