CARB Litigation Contribution Form

Over the past 5 years, CTA has been advocating on behalf of its members its concerns to the California Air Resources Board (CARB) staff and Board members during their development of the Rule. Throughout that time, we have been updating and educating our membership on the progress of the rule. Recently, our Board directed your Association to initiate and develop a litigation strategy to stop the unrealistic Advanced Clean Fleets Rule.
