Cost: $149.00 per person for CTA Members, $249.00 per person for Non-Members

Description: This seminar satisfies the training requirements of Title 49 CFR, Part 382.603 for supervisors of employees who perform safety-sensitive functions (i.e., operate CMV).  The subject matter is current and includes recognition of the signs and symptoms of alcohol and drug use/abuse, as well as the mechanics of compliance with reasonable suspicion alcohol/drug testing regulations.  The training provides the supervisor with a level of comfort with documentation, the decision-making process and methods for approaching and discussing observations with affected drivers. Registration includes a packet of reference materials.  A Certificate of Training will be presented to each attendee upon completion of the course.

Cancellation Policy for Students: Cancellations made by a student within 5 business days of a seminar will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee per person. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS MADE FOR NO-SHOWS.
