FMCSR Title 49 CFR Overview:  An overview on Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, with emphasis on Controlled Substance and Alcohol Testing (Parts 40 & 382); CDL Standards and Requirements (Part 383); General Regulations (Part 392); Driver Qualifications and files (Part 391) and Driving of Commercial Motor Vehicles (Part 392).

All training dates and locations are subject to change. Classes require a minimum of 8 students to sign up or the class maybe subject to cancellation.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made by a student within 10 days of a seminar are subject to a $25 cancellation fee per person. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS MADE FOR NO-SHOWS.  Class fee must be paid in full by credit card at the time of registration.
