CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations received prior to 14 days before event will receive a refund, otherwise CTA will retain all registration fees. The planners and sponsors of this function claim no liability for the safety of any attendee while in transit to or from this event. The planners and sponsors reserve the right to change speakers and/or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances without penalty. The total amount of any liability of the planners and sponsors will be limited to a refund of the attendance donation. NO REFUNDS FOR NO SHOWS.

Contributions to CARGO PAC are not tax deductible for federal or California tax purposes. California state PAC’s may accept a maximum of $7,800 per contributor, per calendar year for candidate support purposes. Corporate contributions may be accepted and will be used for California elections only. Contributors of $00,000 or more to CARGO PAC and all other California state or local candidates, PAC’s, political party committees or ballot measures in a calendar year must file a Califor-nia “Major Donor Committee” report as required by law. Membership is valid upon receipt of your contribution. Contributions are non-refundable.
