• Updates on recent changes to the regulations, including intrastate ELDs.
• Interstate and intrastate HOS regulations (T-49 CFR and T-13 CCR).
• Proper use of driver logs.
• Effective methods for auditing and managing an electronic logging device (ELD)
• How to train drivers to log legally.
• How to identify inaccurate entries and false logs.
• Issues that raise red flags for enforcement and investigators.

Interstate and Intrastate agricultural exemptions are also covered in this presentation.
