Are you a supervisor of employees involved in a safety-sensitive position? Are you considered a “supervisor” and do not realize it? Build confidence in making informed decisions regarding when to test based on observable evidence and behavior. This will help you prevent accidents that are the result of impairment and keep your workplace and our roads safer.
This webinar will cover:
- The effects of drugs and alcohol.
- How to identify signs of drug and alcohol use.
- What steps to take if you have reasonable suspicion to believe that one of your drivers is abusing drugs or alcohol
Supervisors of DOT safety-sensitive employees are mandated by the DOT to have a minimum of 60 minutes of training on alcohol misuse and 60 minutes of training on controlled substance abuse (Title 49 CFR Part 382.603). This webinar will meet those requirements, and you will receive a certificate for the successful completion of this training.
