This is our annual law update where a panel of experts will provide their views on legal challenges. This will include an update on wage and hour issues, employee mis-classification and new laws that impact California employers. Matt Roman is going to be attending with a legislative update and we will also have an update from officer Mark Fisher in the Golden Gate Division’s Commercial Industry Education Program (CIEP). The presentation will conclude with a question and answer panel for guests.
