Ramiro Cordova, Occupational Health and Safety Professional, has over 25 years of hands-on experience in several industries including manufacturing, transportation, restaurant, technology and medical. Since the late 1980’s, he has been coaching and developing operational systems and processes for multi-state organizations. He has held several executive leadership roles with non-profit organizations as well as private industry. His diverse background makes him a highly resourceful EH&S consultant. His leadership style is often compared to that of Vince Lombardi. He teaches, motivates, and inspires individuals to be top performers.

In addition, he has extensive experience in EH&S organizational structure and culture development. His most notable accomplishment was the return to profitability of a large sized manufacturing company that had over 1.2 million in workers’ compensation losses over a period of five years. He was able to lead a team that reduced overall losses by more than 70 percent, the business was put on solid ground and became consistently profitable. Today this same business has been able to control work-related losses and is a benchmark for other similar manufacturing companies.
