CARB is holding a HD I/M workgroup meeting, via Zoom, on December 17, 2020. At this workgroup meeting, staff will discuss proposed regulatory concepts for the HD I/M program and solicit stakeholder feedback. The proposed concepts discussed at this workgroup meeting will build upon previous workgroup discussions and provide further details into the potential regulatory requirements for affected entities such as fleet owners, testers, freight contractors, and device manufacturers. Staff plans to give an initial presentation walking through the proposed concepts and then open the floor to further dialogue between staff and participants.
