Ontario Seminar: Drug and Alcohol Supervisor Reasonable Suspicion Training

Cost: $129.00 per person for CTA Members, $229.00 per person for Non-Members

Description: This seminar satisfies the training requirements for supervisors of employees who perform safety-sensitive functions (i.e., operate CMV).  The subject matter is current and includes recognition of the signs and symptoms of alcohol and drug use/abuse, as well as the mechanics of compliance with reasonable suspicion alcohol/drug testing regulations.  The training provides the supervisor with a level of comfort with documentation, the decision-making process and methods for approaching and discussing observations with affected drivers. Registration includes a packet of reference materials.  A Certificate of Training will be presented to each attendee upon completion of the course.

All training dates and locations are subject to change. The class is subject to cancellation if there are less than 8 students enrolled.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made by a student within 10 days of a seminar are subject to a $25 cancellation fee per person. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS MADE FOR NO-SHOWS. Fees for classes must be paid in full at time of registration with a credit card.
