Nicole Kamm is an employment defense attorney and Shareholder at Lewitt Hackman. She represents employers in a broad range of industries, including healthcare, technology, manufacturing, retail, staffing, food service, real estate, transportation, construction, and professional services. Ms. Kamm’s employment practice encompasses litigation and dispute resolution, advice and counsel, transactional work, and management training.

Ms. Kamm received her Juris Doctor from Pepperdine School of Law in 2006, where she graduated cum laude. She is also a graduate of University of California, Berkeley (B.A., 2000).

Speaker: Tal Burnovski Yeyni

Tal Burnovski Yeyni is an Associate Attorney in our Employment Practice Group. She earned a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) from the University of California Los Angeles School of Law, where her primary concentration of study centered on labor and employment law. She earned her initial law degree (LL.B.) from Bar Ilan University School of Law in Israel.

She exclusively represents employers and focuses her practice on reducing the risk of employee claims (wage and hour, harassment, discrimination, etc.)
