In October 2017, the #MeToo movement went viral exposing rampant sexual misconduct in the workplace and leading to changes in laws and the workplace. Fast forward three years and we are in the midst of a pandemic and a social justice movement calling for the end of racism in the workplace. Join Kevin Kish, Director of the Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH), and a panel of in-house HR and external attorneys specializing in training, coaching, investigations, and employer defense to hear how the intersection of these social movements and the pandemic have impacted the California workplace and resulted in practical, legal, and cultural changes.
