CTA's Southern California Safety Day

Join us for an in-depth Safety Training Event hosted by CTA and the California Highway Patrol Commercial Industry Education Program on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, with lunch included.

The event will be held at the SoCal Gas Innovation Hall in Downey, CA and cover the following topics:

•    Basic Inspection of Terminals (BIT) 

•    English Language Proficiency (ELP)

•    Hours of Service (HOS), with details on Ag HOS

•    Cargo securement exemption for transporters of agricultural products
