In this webinar, CTA and the DMV will discuss Industry Business Centers (IBCs). The webinar will include a presentation from DMV representatives, including Derek Oliver, IBC Coordinator, that will discuss:

•    Services provided at IBCs

•    Types of transactions available at IBCs

•    The process for making an appointment

•    What is required from businesses when sending a representative to an IBC

•    When to use an IBC instead of a DMV Field Office or DMV website

Additionally, CTA members will be able to ask industry-specific questions to DMV representatives on Industry Business Centers and the services they provide to trucking companies.
