Join us for an in-depth Safety Training Event hosted by CTA, FMCSA, and the California Highway Patrol Commercial Industry Education Program on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, with lunch included.

The event will be held at the SoCal Gas Energy Resource Center in Downey, CA and cover the following topics:

• English Language Proficiency (ELP), presented by the FMCSA
• Basic Inspection of Terminals (BIT) 
• Hours of Service (HOS), including details on Ag HOS
• Cargo Securement Exemption for transporters of agricultural products.
• CSA Scoring
